Hello
We use a MacBook Pro (Late 2013) running macOS Big Sur. I have today tried to uninstall some apps using the Finder/Applications folder and there are some we cannot drag to the Bin, or there is no menu option to 'Move to Bin'. Not sure why this is?
Any help would be appreciated.

If these are Podcasts, Music, News, TV - these are Baked into the OS and can not be be removed / uninstalled. One can remove from the Dock but still reside in Applications folder.

Yes anything that comes preinstalled with the OS cannot be deleted.
Why do you want to delete them they take up very little disk space.
Yes baked right into the Operating System and Can Not be removed. Besides - why would one want to remove them? Yes, may not use some, so leave them alone. They occupy a small amount of space on the drive.
Thank you for the reply. Apps such as Font Book, Chess, Stickies, Dictionary - are all these integrated into the system?
