Battery issues - app store

I have fitted a new battery in my iPhone X but recently my battery is running down very quickly. When I look at battery use it shows the App Store using a significant % even though I haven’t been downloading or updating Apps. I tried a full reset and restore from an iCloud backup but this hasn’t helped. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Take it back to the Apple Store who fitted the battery
