Can’t get iWatch3 to update.

I can not get my iWatch series 3 to update. It keeps saying “not connected to internet” when I clearly am connected. I can’t even go to any settings on my iwatch or iwatch app. I have tried unpairing and paring and turning everything off and back on with no luck. My only options are “start over” or “try again”. I’m just going in circles.

iwatch could not able to update I am facing an issue while updating my iwatch with latest version iwatch 7.0.2. After downloading it says "preparing". after long time (around 20 to 30 mins) it says "Unable to Verify as you are not connected to network". I am using high speed broadband internet. I am trying this for last 2-3 days without luck. I did it in the night time also. Did a reset and tried again. No luck. Please help to resolve this issue.
