Can't connect my cloud device to my apple TV

Hi There, Since I upgraded to Apple TV 4K, now i can't connect my cloud network drive to my apple TV, it says not connected. I have My Cloud App installed on Apple TV 4K, but it's not pulling the data.

But it shows on the router and i can add/delete the data from mycloud drive.

Any Suggestion please let me know.

The My Cloud apps from WD are not available on Apple TV. The WD My Cloud apps in the tvOS App Store that I could find, are from a third party developer. If one of those matches your app, then please contact that developer for any inquiries on current functionality and support. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
