Thanks for keeping us in the loop on this. Just to confirm, do you know if there are any updates available for the channel on your smart devices, or updates for the smart devices themselves? Since this issue appears to only reproduce on smart devices connected to your TV, but not on your iPhone, we would also recommend trying to contact the app developer for the channel to see if they are aware of any issues happening with their app inside of the Apple TV app.

No it plays fine over the apple Tv app in the phone. Only when played or casted to the Tv only sound plays

I thought I was going crazy. I am having the same issue. I have subtitles and audio but no sound.
