I want to ask, i want renewed my student plan and already do verification for that plan but when trying to back in apple music app it said “cannot connect” and my student plan is still not active

What should i donwhen i want renewed my student plan but when procced begin the apple music like this, even my internet connection is fine.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Let us know, in section “Get help with your UNiDAYS account”, did you reach out to UNiDAYS to make sure everything was okay with your renewal? If not, that will be the first place you want to start. You will want to contact UNiDAYS at UNiDAYS Support.


After UNiDAYS verifies your account, try to Restart your iPhone. Reach back out if we can help and you continue to see this message.
