Apple Music ending student plan

Hello, I would like to ask, if apple can change my plan of Apple Music to individual since 14th of February because my student plan ends and I am not student anymore. Should I call on the 0800 number on support page or is there any email where can I write my question? I was told I need to contact Apple to change my billing plan to individual since 14th February. I would rather solve it by mail or written form of communication cause I have no enough money to call to 0800 numbers. It costs much in my country. Thank you.
