repair status

The battery on my 2017 MacBook Pro was swelling. Brought it to an Apple Store for service. The link I was texted by apple has not been updated in a week. (Still shows preparing to ship to service center). How do I find out the status of the repair?

Contact Apple Support by clicking the "Get Support" link at the top right of this page. Navigate until you are presented with contact options where you can chat online with an Apple support agent.
