iPhone back up

I have a new iPhone but my old one says it will take 4

hours to back up my phone with iCloud. Is there a quicker way/

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 14

You can also do an iTunes backup on the computer, or you can use Quick Start to transfer content. See the instructions here, Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
