Stuck with a deleted Apple ID

Hello, on my phone I have been logged in to an Apple ID which has been deleted. I can't sign out because it requires me to enter the password. When I enter the password it say is it is wrong, I can't even change the password. I have been stuck with this issue for a long time and it is really annoying. I can't even sign out please someone help. iPhone 7, 12.4 OS. Thank you and have a nice day.

When I try to reset the password, it says "Cannot Reset Password, This Apple ID is not valid or not supported".
