Hey there, dsprimrose!

We appreciate you reaching out on Apple Support Communities. From our understanding, you’re receiving an error when you try to sync your iPhone with iTunes on your Windows PC. We’d be happy to help out!

It looks like you came to us from If you see error -5000, -69, 13010, or 13014 when you sync music from your Mac - Apple Support, which has some great steps. We’d recommend following the general troubleshooting found here to get started: If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support

If the behavior persists, Find an iTunes or the Finder error code - Apple Support has an option for the code that you’re experiencing.

Let us know if that helps.

Cheers!
