I received a receipt to renew Apple TV, but it said it was sent to my old address. I need to updated my new address , but can’t find where to do it.

The billing address (physical address for financial matters) and shipping address (physical address for goods/packages) are two separate properties of your account.
The primary email address is yet another property of your account. It can be changed if needed.
to change your billing address go to settings> your name> payment and shipping and tap on "Add Shipping Address"
