Does anyone else have a problem with YouTube web desktop page where the volume slider is not functioning as expected? No matter how you slide the volume control the volume doesn’t change. It only works as mute and unmute.

I’ve done some research and apparently mobile safari has html5 “media volume control” feature disabled by Apple “To give users total control” of volume on their iPhones and iPads instead of the webpage having the ability to control it. Quite unintuitive for me.
