iPhone 7 Plus Lags When Uploading a Picture Through Any Application

Hello, anyone experienced iPhone 7 Plus lagging when uploading a picture using any application? except from Social Media Applications

examples are Mobile Legends, Call of Duty Mobile, if ever I'm gonna choose a picture from my gallery, it will bring me to a menu that it allows me to crop or choose how my profile picture will look, and when I'm already there, my iPhone will start to lag, home button won't work, touch won't work, nothing will work except for the power button.

To fix this problem, I will only need to press the power button once and wait for a couple of seconds before the screen turns off. Then, I can turn on my iPhone back like nothing happens. In the end, I won't be able to change my profile picture since I can't touch anything on the screen when I'm on the crop menu of the gallery.

Anyone knows how to fix this? that would be a great help thanks!

Thanks for getting back to us. The current version of iOS available is 14.7.1. You can certainly try to update to this version, and then update those affected apps to see if that resolves the issue.

If not, and just the third-party apps are affected, you'll need to contact the app developer for further assistance.

Thanks for the response, I already tried everything in the links you sent. Unfortunately, none of the links solve the problem.

I didn't try updating my phone though, I'm currently in iOS 14.5.1

✔️ Battery Health @ 100%

✔️ Restarted my phone

✔️ Restarted the applications

✔️ Checking my phone's temperature

✔️ Internet upload speed is 65mbps

✔️ Phone or App is responding well and is not experiencing lag issues

Okay thank you so much for the help, however I'm still having a second thought whether to upgrade my iPhone 7 Plus to the latest version of iOS as some on the discussions are having issues with it.
