Spectrum Watch Activation Error

My Watch 6 with cellular disconnected from Spectrum when the 7.6 update came out. Spectrum is now unable to activate my watch stating it is due to the IOS update. Anyone else have a problem or know the solution?

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with iPhone and that it disconnected you from your Spectrum account. Are you using a Spectrum app? You can try restarting your phone and see if that helps. You can also try force quitting the Spectrum app or your browser and then trying again. Learn how to Quit and reopen an app on iPhone here.
