You can keep asking for it. But you cannot update an iPhone 6 higher than iOS 12.5.4. If you ask again, we'll give you the same answer.
iPhone 6 was released now over 7 years ago and it doesn't have the hardware capable of supporting anything higher. If you need the newer iOS versions for school, then you will have to buy a newer iPhone which is capable of running the newer iOS versions.
Please don't ask the question again. The answer is NOT going to change.
An iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above.
