Open the Activity Monitor >> View >> View ALL processes. Check the CPU tab for a Run Away Process and do the same in Memory tab. Look for usually late COU & Memory process.
Does the same occur when booted in Safe Mode ? Shutdown and restart and immediately hold the Shift key until the Apple Logo is pressed, then release the key. Safe Mode will do a Repair Disk, clear cache files and only Load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. So, it will load slowly - normal. The computer will appear and perform differently - also normal. Run in this mode for 7 - 10 minutes and Test if the mouse movements are normal or not. If normal, there might be some third party software interfering with the normal operation of the computer.

Nobody can help without any information.
Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here.
Use the “additional text” button and paste the report into the text box.
This will let us know your mac model and possibly third party extensions which could be involved in the problem.
Thanks for the help, this solved the problem.
It was a third party software that was the problem.
After closing Moveslink2, everything seems normal.
No sure to whom you are replying to as it is to yourself. So what method was use to solve your issue ?
:-)
I closed one program at a time and in the end everything seemed normal after I closed "Moveslink2".
Thanks!
