Since I've been using trackpads heavily for about 13 years on Macs, I'm used to both the "tap and a half" to drag as well and the three finger drag modalities. How can I engage both on Big Sur?

I'm able to enable three finger drag in accessibility options, but to clarify I won't be able to do 'tap and a half drag lock' at the same time? I've been using that technique since I bought a Pismo PowerBook in 2000, it's kind of hard to deny the muscle memory.
How can I have both 3 finger drag, and tap and a half drag lock enabled?
