My Photos app on iPhone doesn't want to sync photos with iCloud because it says that there is not enough storage available in iCloud. But in reality, there are almost 2GB of free space in it. How to fix this problem and make the Photos app use this free space?

My remaining 51 photos require approximately 150 MB. I have 1800 MB of free storage. It's more than enough for them.
150 < 1800. This is really simple.
Presumabley something is wrong with the Photos app and iCloud.

If you have iCloud photos turned on you really need to pay the $0.99 or £0.79 a month for 50GB
To pay for what? I have enough free space (1.8GB) for iCloud photos.

It is telling you that you do not have enough space and I tend to agree.

There should be a better way to fix this bug.
What about the 2 videos? They are managed by the Photos app also. How large are they? It says 51 items, not 51 photos, and those 2 videos are part of the 51 items.

That sounds awfully small for a video. Are you sure that’s not 21GB?

Settings, Your name, iCloud, Manage storage, Change storage plan.
Select 50GB
Takes 2 minute, costs 99c
If it makes no difference it hasn’t cost much to try.
