connecting to CarPlay with new iPhone 12

similar to last question but it didn't seem to be answered. the new chargers for the iPhones 12s are USB c to lightning. The built-in in the car accepts a USB a. How do you now connect to Car play?

You would just need to get a regular USB-A to lightning connector like used on other iPhones. The USB-C end is for the power adapter, not the phone itself. These cables are available in the Apple Store app, a physical Apple Store or other box store. There are also MFi (Made For iPhone) cables available as well in retail stores and online.
