iPhone no option to print in colour

Just recently my iPhone 11 has decided it won’t print anything in colour. I haven’t updated the software, but the option to print in colour is just not there as it was before (no toggle slider or even the actual colour option).

I’ve seen this problem posted a few times and apparently it’s a problem with the software on the iPhone, but there is no fix that has worked for me.

The printers firmware is up to date, I’ve reset, updated IOS, removed and re-installed the HP app. It won’t print in colour via the HP smart app itself or just via the export/print button from the doc/photo itself. Each time it just displays a greyed out version.

Someone else has connected to the printer, using their iPhone, and it’s printing in colour so it’s obv something to do with my iPhone.

Any help appreciated as this is frustrating!!
