Any fix I’m on iPhone 12 Pro space gray IOS 14.7 (it been happening since 14.6)

If you have a protective film, or have a protective case, remove it.
Clean the display.
Put a different app in the same screen position as the clock app, and see if that app then opens during your normal usage, or if the clock opens. This to see if it’s specifically the clock app opening, or the app in the position currently occupied by the clock app.
If the problem of ghost touches persists, contact Apple for a discussion about and potentially for a hardware repair.
Above assumes you’re not tapping on the clock app, which would be the simplest explanation.

My thought is if this is the only thing happening and you are not seeing any other odd things opening when you are using the screen, it would probably be the fact that you are accidentally hitting it when going through things rather quickly as you said.
That, and I’m just clicking on website links, messages and notifications. I’m doing it fast
though. Idk if that has to do with anything.
Clicking on what stuff, and what is opening about the clock. Are you saying that the World Clock app is opening? Can you provide a screenshot of what you are referring to?
