On my Macbook Pro, when I open or use the Apple TV app, I continually get prompted for "There were problems downloading some purchased items", when I look at the list it is always music. You guys separated the apps, to music (Itunes), podcasts, and Movies/TV (TV app). Why am I prompted for errors downloading music to TV app? Thanks
Open the Apple TV, and open Preferences.
I would check everything in there to make sure it looks correct. Particularly check the Files tab in Preferences because that points to the media folder, which also involves music items.
Then in the menu items in the main part of the Apple TV app, look under Account. Is the account shown the right one? Check the following: View my account; Authorizations; Purchased. If necessary, sign out, then quit the program, then reopen it, I would expect the error to be gone at that point. Then you can log in to the correct account and try again.
