There may be a crash it is reporting in the background.
The easiest way is to isolate the reason for the crash.
If your hard disk is over 85% full, that's the most obvious reason why.
Others may be able to be isolated using Etrecheck with the help of the Apple Support Community.

It’s on all the time without a crash. My SSD is 24% full.
please put in the Etrecheck report. Crash management can't be turned off, but the cause can be removed once we notice what is running.
