I dropped my phone and now it's not charging up to 5%

I dropped my iphone7 and then it stayed power off for nearly 10minutes but then I was able to turn it on. When I dropped my phone, it was up to 40% but when it turned on it was 7% and then I plugged it in to a power source and still not charging up to 5%

No cracks or scratches or display damages happened to my phone. All other functions are working fine.
