we have a family sharing and my Apple Music was working well when I was in Kampala Uganda but then I moved to Senegal for school and my Apple Music has been working well but after paying for my new month it starts acting up

You need to change your country setting and use the Senegalese service. Note that you will have to cancel your subscription renewal and wait for it to end. Because you are changing country you will have to start your subscription new.
