How do I setup Apple TV with only my iPhone. Error is “no internet connection”

If you are receiving a no internet connection error you will need to troubleshoot your network issues. Try restarting you iPhone and connecting to a Wi-Fi network. If you are already connected to a Wi-Fi network try restarting the router or using cellular data.

I brought my Apple TV to summer home but forgot remote. I have screen showing Apple TV is connected to tv but I have no internet connection. The remote in control center gives me no way to set up
