My files app is frozen, have tried turning off iPad, and closing file and application to no success.
Please help, I cannot unfreeze my iPad’s files app which froze when trying to open a downloaded PDF file.

Try and Force ReStart your 2018 iPad as follows:
- Press and quickly release the volume up button.
- Press and quickly release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the Power button until a restart is initiated.
