Are you referring to simultaneous logins? If so, then note that this is not an option on an iPad.
Login Types:
How do I change my password, I press forgot ID and password and all I get next is a blank screen. Hard for me to follow instructions I'm computer stupid. No one can help. My Ipad is a refurbished one. Not worth paying to repair.

Return It:
If this is a refurbished iPad, then you should return it. Only the person who started with the iPad can log in to it, once restored. Seems you were scammed, though a full assumption, on my part.
