Will Deleting User On One Mac Delete Information on the Other?

When I broke my original Mac, my sister made a user account on her Mac with all my data and files so that I could use her computer while I waited for mine. I now have my own Mac, so we would like to completely delete the user account on her computer (to clear up all the space), but would that affect anything/delete anything on my Mac?
