We currently have 2 iMacs in our house and both my wife and I have separate accounts on each of them.
I very rarely use the old iMac so I'd like to delete my account on it and just use the newer one.
If I delete my account on the older computer, will it impact on my account on the newer one?
I hope this makes sense.
I am not very computer literate so any advice you can give, please let me know in simple terms.

No but, if your account is an admin account and your wife's isn't, she wouldn't be able to install new software etc.
