How do I set up multiple user accounts on a new iMac?

just got new IMAC, has my log in icon, but not other user. How do I set them up to get to their stuff. need to switch user

Once you have setup each account, to switch users you log out of the current user (Apple symbol in the upper left of the screen, Log out of .....) then log into the new account. Each user should have their own password and it is critical that the owner of that account maintain and remember their password. I strongly recommend getting a password manager such as 1Password for each account so they can manage all the passwords they are responsible for!
