You cannot "merge" user accounts.
The best you can do is pick one and use it, delete the other.
If you wish to use any data or documents you've already created in the one, then copy that into the Shared folder of that user, navigate into that from the other user account and copy it into the Documents folder there. Then you can delete the user account you won't be keeping.
By the way, having two admin account can come in handy if/when you encounter some problem that requires that sort of troubleshooting. There's nothing wrong with leaving an account unused on the Mac.

Yes, this is true. 👍🏽 That can be addressed after the files are secured. Not a difficult fix. If I'm not mistaken, I believe one workaround is to copy these file off to an external drive and then back in to the proper user account. Seems that was doable in the past.
