There are many third-party USB PowerBank batteries from which to choose - the larger (more powerful) models being suitable for iPad’s greater power needs. You will obviously also require appropriate charging cables.

You would be wise to choose a reputable brand. Apple Stores carry PowerBank batteries from Mophie:
