It would help if you can define what a "reasonable" price is to you. If $99 is not, would $98 be?

As you can imagine, the less a power adapter costs, the chances that is will be reliable will become increasing suspect. This is where you have to decide which is more important: reliability OR cost?

The other thing to consider is do you want to be able to "fast charge" your iPhone 12 mini. If you do, you will need a power adapter that can supply, at least, 18W ... otherwise, a 5W adapter will be sufficient.

I just did a quick Internet search for "best" battery packs for an iPhone 12 mini, and came across a number of articles. Maybe something offered will work for you.

Ah. Any external battery pack should work. The ones that will power higher-capacity batteries are going to be heavier. I've had ones by Mophie for years and find them quite reliable. As you noted, Anker is also frequently recommended. You may be able to find them cheaper at places other than Apple. You will also probably find more selection if you go either to the manufacturers' websites or to someplace like Best Buy or Amazon.
