Apple Music lag

I’ve been unable to listen to music offline using Apple Music even when the music is downloaded. The song I’m trying to listen to just won’t play at all or play until the end of the first 15 seconds and then just stop. Have any of you experienced this lag? Does anyone have any idea what can I do to fix it?
