Scanning QR codes is a wonderful feature of your iPhone, and you’ve come to a great place for help. Do you notice if this message appears with all QR codes, or only one specific code? If the error is appearing with one specific QR code it can lead to reaching out to the QR code provider. If you’re having issues with all QR codes are you following the steps outlined in the article below? 


Scan a QR code with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If you’re following those steps, or the issue continues try restarting your iPhone next. Those steps can be found in the below article. 


Restart your iPhone
