Hi. iPhone X. Nissan rogue 2018. Why can’t I hear driving directions over car speakers while the radio is on.
Disconnecting phone and then reconnecting again to Bluetooth worked. Thank you so much

We understand that you’re unable to hear navigation directions while your device is connected and when listening to the radio in your car. We’d be happy to help.
To better understand the issue, we have a few questions.
Are you using CarPlay with your iPhone? If so, take a look at Use CarPlay with your iPhone to ensure that it is set up properly and for some troubleshooting suggestions.
Or is your device connected to your car through Bluetooth? If so, it might be helpful to disconnect or forget the device and then set the Bluetooth up again.
And is this only a recent issue? Or has it been ongoing?
Do you have another iOS device that you can test the issue with? If so, try connecting it and test to see if you still cannot hear directions when the radio is playing.
