Hi! I have a problem with adding my bank card in wallet for using apple pay. On my Mac Book this card is successfully added, but on phone appears error

Wallet/Apple pay problem Hi guys, I have iphone 7 plus with IOS 13.1.2 My wallet app does not have this + sign so I cant add any cards. Any solution for this issue?

Card Invalid Trying to setup my Apple Pay in the Wallet app but keeps giving me an error to contact my card issuer. Bank says it should work. Even their app points to Wallet. Sadly I’m unable to add the card. I’ve tried different ones as well. I decided to download Google Pay, as I previously had a Samsung, and my cards were added just fine. What’s with this Wallet thing not even working? Phone is brand new (last week).
