Hold and answer fail during call

While i am in call, if someone calls me and i try to hold first call to answer second call it fails, first call doesn’t hold and second call stay in hold.

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
