I keep getting a window pop up randomly that says unable to download, retry or done? It doesnt matter what i press it goes away but only for a short period of time. Im not trying to download anything, how i do i stop this

Try and Force restart iPhone 6s
Press and hold both the volume down button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
See whether that helps since the process above will shut down any background app process attempting to download data. Also, double check the App Store app to ensure that nothing is pending download. The other place to check is Settings ➔ General ➔ Software Update : Ensure that nothing is pending download here.

Hi axel, thank you for your post, however when i press the side button and the volume down button it activates the emergancy call option and doesnt present the apple logo
