Can someone help please, My phone has logged me out of mail and i dont know how to get back on ... Any ideas?? Whenever i click icloud to sign in it tells me its already signed in

Try and Force restart iPhone 7 Plus
Press and hold both the volume down button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
Then try setting up your iCloud email again. If you run into the same issue then-
Open Settings ➔ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➔ iCloud ➔ iCloud Mail : Set this to ON.
