Icloud mail login

i recently got a new Iphone XR, and when i had tried to log in to my mail ising my apple ID. it allows me to enter my password and when it is logging in it shows the lodding page and thereafter restrarts the app. can someone please help me with this? and let me know if i should take the phone to an Apple store or not?

I need help I can’t get into my iCloud mail it keeps sAying I am already signed in on my iPhone I need help getting into my iCloud mail. It says I am already signed into my iPhone when I try to log in and see my mail. I tried resetting my password it says iCloud is already signed in. Does this mean someone else has signed into my iCloud on their phone or computer?

Check the Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
