imac 25 remote desktop error 0-204

I just transferred all files and documents and setting up Remote desktop it keeps coming back with a error 0-204 and I have checked all the settings and they are correct or the same as the old iMac but can't get past the error. Anyone else have the same problem.

Microsoft Remote Desktop "not supported on this Mac" My computer automatically installed a new version of Microsoft Remote Desktop a couple of days ago, and now it won't open. When I try to open it, I just get a dialog box that says: You can’t open the application “Microsoft Remote Desktop.app” because this application is not supported on this Mac. I need this application for work. What happened and how do I fix it?
