Download apps

That iPad is no longer compatible with the newer versions of apps that require a newer version of iOS than what your iPad has.

You may still be able to get compatible versions by downloading them from your purchase history. Tap on the Updates at the bottom, then on purchased to see a lust of apps previously downloaded. Tap on the cloud icon to re-download it. It should offer a compatible version from there for apps that still have one.

That is an iPad 2, which was released by Apple over ten years ago. That model iPad cannot be updated beyond iOS 9.3.5, which is roughly five years old. Vendors no longer release applications compatible with such old software.
