Download apps

Apps will not download from App Store after a complete reset and delete on my iPad model MC769LL/A. I get messages “not compatible with this iPad. Facebook, google etc were all previously on this iPad

That iPad is no longer compatible with the newer versions of apps that require a newer version of iOS than what your iPad has.


You may still be able to get compatible versions by downloading them from your purchase history. Tap on the Updates at the bottom, then on purchased to see a lust of apps previously downloaded. Tap on the cloud icon to re-download it. It should offer a compatible version from there for apps that still have one.
