Received a message warning me that someone recently signed into FaceTime on an Apple Watch using my Apple ID

I just received a message warning me that someone recently signed into FaceTime on an Apple Watch using my Apple ID. It said if this was me I could ignore the message. It wasn't me, but there was no indication what to do in that case.
