cannot install anything that needs a restart to finish the install

Hi,

I have a 13-inch M1 2020, 16GB memory, 256 GB storage (macOS Big Sur Version 11.5)

I have been trying to install a webcam utility (both Cannon and Sony) ,from the official sites and both utilities are made for the M1, for the past month and it just doesn't work. It installs normally until it asks to restart, when it starts up again after the restart it's like nothing happened, no error or anything. It like i restarted the system normally without an install.

If anyone can help me i would appreciate it.

I also tried reinstalling macOS and that did not help

I checked the installer log and i get the bellow;
