no back up after factory reset

I already backed up my phone before factory reset. Now there is no back up. What should I do?please help. I have important data saved in icloud. Thank you

On your iPhone, are you logged into the same Apple ID (iCloud) as the one that was used to create the backup on iCloud?
Does all your data appear when you log into ➔ www.icloud.com from a computer?

You are probably not signed in with the right Apple ID on your iPhone. Use the same log in credentials that you used on iCloud.com for your iPhone's Apple ID log in.

What data should I check?
I can see the back up when I log in to icloud.com , but why I’m receiving no backups available message?
I don’t have any other apple id. I never had more than one Apple ID.
I’m sure I signed in with the same Apple ID I signed in to icloud.com
When I sign in to icloud.com I can see the back up.
I’m sure I did.
