In my iPhone 12 Pro Max WhatsApp, Viber, FB Messenger or any other social media voice or video call is not working (Other party doesn't hear from me though I can hear everything from other party), it works when I Use the headphones and I can also make cellular regular voice call without headphones.
Have purchased this phone on March 2021 from USA Apple store. Can anyone suggest me for any proper solution??

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you can't use the microphone in specific third-party apps, but cellular calls work fine.
It sounds like these apps may not have permission to access to microphone. We'd ensure they are enabled using this: Control access to hardware features on iPhone
If that doesn't sort it out, see: If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working
In case it continues to occur after the above, are you able to make a Voice Memo and play it back successfully? Do you hear yourself in the memo?
