Contacts

I have lost all contacts on my Macbook pro.

I still have them on my Iphone .

What can I do to retrieve them, or to transfert them?

Enable iCloud on your phone for Contacts, and on macOS Catalina's System Preferences > Apple ID > enable Contacts. The contacts on the iPhone should synchronize back onto your Mac contacts application. I have not tried this, as I don't have your situation, and my contacts synchronize between my iPad and iPhone with those on my Mac.
